Gone on a report in the neighborhood of Grand Ravine located south of Port-au-Prince, since March 14, 2018, the Haitian photojournalist Vladjimir Legagneur has never returned. Despite arrests, discoveries, encounters, suspicions and sweeping statements, five years later, the blur persists. The Haitian National Police (PNH) is struggling to provide progress on the investigation while the corporation and the victim's relatives are unable to mourn.
