5 years after the disappearance of Vladjimir Legagneur, the investigation stalls!
Gone on a report in the neighborhood of Grand Ravine located south of Port-au-Prince, since March 14, 2018, the Haitian photojournalist Vladjimir Legagneur has never returned.
